Our drilling department services many fastener manufacturers in the Midwest. Drilling applications include head, shank, end, and through the body and intersecting holes.

Average production runs are 25,000 pieces. Head drilling can have one, two or three holes. Shank drilled holes can have one or two holes, sometimes drilled 90 degrees from each other.

Special hole configurations are drilled in pipe plugs for magnets, "L" and "T" configurations for vent applications, multiple hole diameters for bronze breather core applications.
